How to Get Started
It is really easy to start a daily practice with the intention of grounding. You don’t need any special clothes or any equipment, you can just start.
Set aside 15 minutes for your practice. Set an alarm for ten minutes. Sit down on a chair and close your eyes. Take a few slow, deep breaths and try to relax. Then focus your mind on following your breath, and just keep on doing it for 10 minutes. Any thoughts that come to you, you gently let go without focusing on them.
It may take a few times before you feel you can relax, but keep practicing and you will soon feel less stressed and more relaxed. And that in turn will make you feel more beautiful again.
